Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jannat Perfumes. Here is everything you need to know about how we deliver your order.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver in Lahore and nearby surrounding areas. We are working to expand delivery to more cities in Pakistan soon.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on all orders within our delivery area.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, sale events or due to weather and other conditions beyond our control.

4. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.

5. Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact amount ready and check your parcel at the time of delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
